STARVING THE BEAST examines the power struggle on college campuses across the nation as
political and market-oriented forces disrupt and reform America’s public universities. Is higher ed a business or a public good? The AAUP defends affordable, high-quality, accessible college education as a RIGHT, not a COMMODITY.
