IUB AAUP Chapter Meeting: Celebrate Our Wins, Build What Comes Next

Join fellow AAUP members for a chapter meeting focused on celebrating this semester’s victories and mapping out the work ahead. Our chapter has grown rapidly over the past year, and this gathering is a chance to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together—and to get organized for the next phase of our advocacy.

What to Expect:

• Semester Wins & Highlights
  Hear updates on the major victories and advances our chapter has achieved this term in areas such as academic freedom, shared governance, and working conditions.
• Tasks and Campaigns Ahead
  Learn about the concrete organizing projects, campaigns, and chapter priorities we’ll be taking on in the coming months—and how they connect to broader struggles in higher education.
• How to Plug In
  Find out how to get involved in chapter committees and working groups, support ongoing campaigns, and help us continue to grow what is now one of the fastest-growing AAUP chapters in the country.

Whether you’ve been involved in the chapter for years or are just starting to think about getting more engaged, this meeting is for you. Your participation strengthens our collective capacity to defend academic freedom, shared governance, and the rights of all who teach and learn at IU.
